What you will do

• Provide high-touch technical support to executive leadership and staff via ticketing, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Administer enterprise MDM platforms including Microsoft Intune and Jamf for device enrollment and security.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 GCCH.
• Support critical meetings, video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams Rooms), and AV technology.
• Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, including device setup and technical orientation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in IT support or corporate IT operations.
• 2+ years of experience administering Microsoft Intune and Jamf MDM environments.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or permanent resident).
• Experience supporting video conferencing systems and collaboration platforms.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with FedRAMP-authorized environments (GCC High, Azure Government, AWS GovCloud).
• Familiarity with NIST 800-171 or CMMC regulatory standards.
• Jamf 200/300/400 certifications.
• Experience with CUI or ITAR-restricted systems.
