TL;DR

Executive IT Support Engineer (IT Support): Providing high-touch, white-glove technical support to C-suite executives and senior leadership to ensure seamless operations. Focus on managing executive technology environments, coordinating high-visibility corporate events, and resolving complex hardware/software issues.

Location: Full time in office position based in Warren, NJ

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

What you will do

  • Deliver white-glove IT support to executives both onsite and remotely across Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms.
  • Manage and troubleshoot collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft 365.
  • Ensure flawless technology execution for board meetings and high-priority corporate events, including AV and conferencing setup.
  • Coordinate executive onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and access management.
  • Partner with infrastructure and security teams to resolve escalated technical issues quickly.
  • Proactively identify technology risks to prevent disruptions for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in executive, VIP, or high-touch desktop support.
  • Proven track record of supporting C-level leadership in high-visibility environments.
  • Technical expertise in M365, Windows, macOS, iOS, and MDM solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, AV, and connectivity.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive issues with precision and composure.
  • Professional presence and exceptional organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting large-scale board meetings or corporate events.
  • Deep knowledge of AV systems and hybrid meeting environments.
  • Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with security best practices for executive support.
  • Certifications from Microsoft, Apple, or ITIL.
