TL;DR
Enterprise IT Support Analyst (L1): Providing first-line technical support for employees and partners across the IT landscape with an accent on resolving issues via phone, chat, and in-person interactions. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. The role requires onsite presence five days per week and availability for an overnight shift (11pm – 7am, Sunday–Thursday).
Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year.

What you will do
- Provide technical support to users via phone, chat, and in-person at the office or TechBar.
- Perform break-fix support for hardware and software issues.
- Triage and fulfill customer IT requests while maintaining ownership of the ticket.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level teams when necessary.
- Ensure all support activities meet established SLA targets and service quality standards.
Requirements
- Relevant IT support experience is required.
- Proficiency with Windows, Mac OSX, Office 365, Active Directory, and mobile device management.
- Familiarity with ITIL fundamentals and managing SLA targets.
- Must be able to work onsite five days per week in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
- Must be available for the overnight shift (11pm – 7am, Sunday night – Thursday night).
- Must have a home environment suitable for part-time remote work with a consistent internet connection.
