TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for local and global users via ticketing systems, in-person, and remote channels.
  • Provision and support Apple and Dell hardware, including imaging and configuration.
  • Manage user identity and access using Active Directory and Okta.
  • Perform hardware lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and inventory control.
  • Troubleshoot macOS, Windows, network, VPN, wireless, printing, and AV systems.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot and ServiceNow to improve ticket resolution efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a desktop or helpdesk support role.
  • Must be able to work full-time onsite at the Tacoma, WA location.
  • Expertise in Apple and Dell hardware diagnostics and lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows OS performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Okta, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Intune, and Jamf.
