What you will do
- Provide day-to-day IT support for local and global users via ticketing systems, in-person, and remote channels.
- Provision and support Apple and Dell hardware, including imaging and configuration.
- Manage user identity and access using Active Directory and Okta.
- Perform hardware lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and inventory control.
- Troubleshoot macOS, Windows, network, VPN, wireless, printing, and AV systems.
- Leverage AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot and ServiceNow to improve ticket resolution efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a desktop or helpdesk support role.
- Must be able to work full-time onsite at the Tacoma, WA location.
- Expertise in Apple and Dell hardware diagnostics and lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows OS performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Okta, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with Active Directory, Intune, and Jamf.
