TL;DR

Salary: $111,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

  • Build and execute quarterly field marketing plans to support regional pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Manage demand generation programs including third-party events, roadshows, and virtual experiences.
  • Analyze program effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders, BDRs, and partners to drive account penetration.
  • Act as the primary marketing resource for the regional sales team to ensure alignment on goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful field events.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to align cross-functional teams.
  • Must be located in the New York region.
  • Ability to travel 20-25% of the time for events.
