What you will do

• Build and maintain a robust sourcing pipeline and candidate pool for key positions.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies.
• Identify strategic search opportunities and manage search strategies for priority roles.
• Manage job postings across various external job sites.
• Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and complex internet searches.
• Screen candidates for interest level, salary expectations, and relocation needs while documenting progress in the ATS.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant sourcing experience.
• BA/BS degree.
• Proficiency in Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Must be based in the United States.
