TL;DR

Senior Recruiter (SaaS): Managing the full recruiting lifecycle for technology and sales roles with an accent on proactive sourcing and data-driven process improvement. Focus on building talent pipelines for critical roles, optimizing the hiring funnel, and ensuring a premium candidate experience.

Location: Must be based in the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia)

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for technology and sales roles from job brief to signed offer.
  • Partner with executives and department leads to define role requirements and interview frameworks.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and industry communities.
  • Track and report on key metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, and source of hire.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and refine recruiting processes to improve speed and quality.
  • Represent the company mission and culture to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the DMV area.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and sales roles.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one modern ATS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and digital collaboration tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring in adtech, cybersecurity, data science, or trust & safety domains.
  • Background in project management or recruiting operations.
  • Experience building interview frameworks and hiring processes from scratch.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
