Location: Must be based in the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia)

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end hiring for technology and sales roles from job brief to signed offer.
- Partner with executives and department leads to define role requirements and interview frameworks.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and industry communities.
- Track and report on key metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, and source of hire.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and refine recruiting processes to improve speed and quality.
- Represent the company mission and culture to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in the DMV area.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and sales roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one modern ATS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and digital collaboration tools.
Nice to have
- Experience hiring in adtech, cybersecurity, data science, or trust & safety domains.
- Background in project management or recruiting operations.
- Experience building interview frameworks and hiring processes from scratch.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
