What you will do

• Collaborate with business units to identify and streamline recurring manual tasks, with a focus on Finance operations.
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
• Create reusable components and standardize RPA design patterns for scalability.
• Integrate automation workflows with Microsoft services like SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and Dataverse.
• Monitor and maintain RPA solutions, addressing exceptions and implementing enhancements.
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders and citizen developers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• B.S. in Computer Science or a related degree.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years of hands-on RPA development with Power Automate Desktop.
• Proven experience automating Finance workflows.
• Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, exception handling, and UI-based scripting.
• Effective communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Basic programming knowledge in VBScript, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
• RPA or Power Platform certifications.
• Familiarity with Power Automate Cloud Flows and Power Apps.
