Senior RPA Developer (Power Automate)

Location: Remote, United States only; travel to the site is required based on projects and deliverables

Salary: $96,000–$120,000 USD annual base salary, with potential additional bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Partner with business units, especially Finance, to identify automation opportunities and gather process requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA workflows using Power Automate Desktop.
• Create reusable components and standardize RPA design patterns for scalability and maintainability.
• Monitor deployed automations, resolve exceptions, and deliver enhancements.
• Integrate desktop automation with SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Dataverse, and third-party systems.
• Document solutions, train citizen developers, and coordinate with IT and security on governance, data protection, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 5 years of direct experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on RPA development experience focused on Power Automate Desktop.
• Proven experience automating Finance workflows and translating Finance requirements into efficient solutions.
• Knowledge of RPA concepts, lifecycle management, exception handling, desktop and web automation, file and email automation, and UI-based scripting.
• Familiarity with Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Apps, Dataverse, process analysis, workflow design, and business documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-support skills.

Nice to have

• Basic programming or scripting knowledge in VBScript, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
• RPA or Power Platform certifications.
