IT Tech Lead - Enterprise Automation (RPA)

What you will do

• Provide deep technical expertise and subject matter leadership for enterprise automation applications.
• Review architectures, detailed designs, implementations, technical documentation, and technology standards.
• Lead technical collaboration, code and design reviews, governance, quality assurance, and continuous integration practices.
• Identify technical risks, create contingency plans, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Support security audits, performance optimization, capacity planning, change and release management, and other ITIL processes.
• Coordinate with architects, business analysts, product owners, internal customers, developers, managers, and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or 12–15 years without one, including progressive leadership experience in enterprise automation and robotic process automation.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, reporting, and KPI development skills.
• Knowledge of UiPath architecture, including Orchestrator, Robots, Automation Cloud, Automation Hub, Process Mining, Test Suite, AI Center, and Document Understanding.
• Experience with multi-tiered SaaS and on-premises applications, design patterns, software development life cycle methodologies, and application performance optimization.
• Remote work eligibility is limited to Ohio.

• Understanding of AI-enhanced automation, machine learning applications, OCR, and intelligent document processing.
• Experience adapting to emerging technologies and developing forward-looking technology strategies.
