Focus on designing resilient integrations, optimizing production reliability, leading incident response, and applying AI/ML-based automation to complex business processes.
Location: Remote, Bay Area, California, United States
Salary: $120,100–$213,000 USD annually, depending on U.S. compensation zone

What you will do
- Design integrations across Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, Snowflake, Looker, and external partner systems using MuleSoft or another iPaaS platform.
- Build Python-based tools, automations, and process-optimization solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL for data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and analytics.
- Develop unit, integration, and regression tests and ensure integration security, scalability, and robustness.
- Monitor production integrations, improve reliability and performance, and maintain technical documentation and version control.
- Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for critical applications and integrations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience architecting, designing, and scaling enterprise APIs and integrations in high-volume environments.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with an iPaaS integration platform, preferably MuleSoft.
- 3+ years of recent programming experience with Python, Kotlin, Java, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Workday, SAP, or similar enterprise business systems.
- Advanced SQL skills, familiarity with Airflow, Fivetran, Prefect, or Databricks, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Experience with software engineering practices, AI/ML-based automation, production support, root-cause analysis, and complex procurement, finance, or supply chain integrations.
Nice to have
- MuleSoft or AWS certifications.
- Experience building MCP servers with Python or TypeScript for agentic workflows.
