Software Developer III (Power Platform/Python)

Location: Remote, Ireland

Salary: €70,800–€88,500 gross annual base pay

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom applications, Power Platform solutions, and API-based integrations.
• Gather requirements and create program specifications in collaboration with Solutions Architects, developers, and end users.
• Implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, SQL, and relational databases.
• Create and execute unit, integration, and UAT tests; analyze defects and revise programs.
• Lead peer code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and ensure source-control and environment-separation practices.
• Support regulated GxP solutions through requirements traceability and testing evidence, while mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Strong programming or computer science fundamentals and experience developing applications that interact with relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational database schemas, Python, and modern development tools such as Git.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, software testing, source control, and AI-assisted coding tools.
• Must be based in Ireland for the remote role.

Nice to have

• PL-400 Microsoft Power Platform Developer certification.
• Experience in regulated GxP development environments, validated SDLC controls, traceability, and testing evidence.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.
