Compensation: $168,000–$275,100

What you will do

• Build and operate hirify.global’s core public APIs and platform primitives, ensuring high reliability, correctness, and developer experience.
• Ship AI-first platform capabilities to enable safe automation and agentic workflows.
• Lead the design and execution of complex backend projects end-to-end using Python, Temporal, and Postgres.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical and non-technical leadership to drive team and business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong ownership over delivering technical and business outcomes.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.
