What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end product delivery lifecycle and release management operations for the Product organization.
• Align scope and release planning with strategic business objectives in a senior leadership capacity.
• Drive teams toward quality and on-time delivery using agile methodologies and established delivery standards.
• Identify potential risks and obstacles to the product roadmap and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure delivery effectiveness, quality, and overall success.
• Facilitate a culture of continuous learning through regular product retrospectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Strong background in full lifecycle delivery for PaaS products and operations.
• Experience delivering commercial software using agile processes for public clouds (AWS, Google, Azure).
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies between diverse technical teams.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools, specifically Aha! and Jira.
