What you will do
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of complex environmental and regulatory projects.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and QA/QC processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary client contact, providing strategic guidance and building long-term relationships.
- Direct the preparation of environmental reports, permit applications, and consultation materials.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, public outreach, and agency coordination strategies.
- Mentor and develop project staff to promote technical excellence and career growth.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or a related field.
- At least 12 years of project experience and 8 years of management experience in FERC 7(b)/7(c) applications or EA/EIS documents.
- Served as project manager on at least three FERC-regulated projects, including at least one 7(c) or EIS third-party project.
- Demonstrated knowledge of NEPA and key natural resource regulations (CWA, RHA, NPDES, NHPA, ESA, MBTA, MMPA).
- Ability to periodically travel and maintain a valid driver's license.
