Salary: $44–$54 per hour (W2 contract)

What you will do

• Assemble and configure test racks, servers, switches, and KVMs.
• Manage lab equipment movement, tracking, and inventory for both government and company property.
• Support lab planning including power, cooling, and layout requirements.
• Generate Bills of Material and manage hardware procurement and lead times.
• Conduct formal and informal testing to validate system requirements.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures and coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacements.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required (no C2C or 1099).
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with hardware assembly, cabling, and server configuration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic Linux command-line knowledge and understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP).

Nice to have

• Experience with Submarine Combat Control Weapon Systems.
• Cybersecurity certification.
• Ability to read C, C++, or Java source code.
