What you will do

• Define and execute Integration & Test (I&T) approaches for components, subsystems, and full systems.
• Develop high-fidelity system models and test plans for GN&C applications.
• Conduct analysis on system packages and evaluate the performance of integrated sub-systems.
• Lead small to medium-sized teams and present technical findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute high-quality technical reports and documentation for system design baselines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or Applied Physics.
• 3-5 years of experience in Systems Engineering or a relevant technical role.
• Experience evaluating high-precision inertial systems (gyroscopes, accelerometers) and their error models.
• Proven track record in V&V planning, including design of experiments and test programs.
• Experience with system design technical baseline activities (SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with MATLAB, Simulink, Python, or LabVIEW.
• Experience with DOORS for requirements development and traceability.
• Background in strategic weapons, DoD, or space-grade inertial systems.
• Knowledge of digital signal processing and control theory.
