What you will do

• Design and maintain Python-based automation for hardware control, test sequencing, and data collection.
• Develop and execute automated test solutions for RF and radar-related electronic systems.
• Automate workstation provisioning and configuration using Ubuntu/Linux and Ansible.
• Configure and debug networking components including static IPs, VLANs, and interface diagnostics.
• Analyze and visualize test data to support engineering validation and program deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the reliability and scalability of test environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in test automation or hardware validation.
• Proficiency in Python for automated hardware test development and virtual environments.
• Working knowledge of Ubuntu/Linux command line and system configuration.
• Experience with Ansible or similar tools for OS installation and setup automation.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to El Segundo, California.

Nice to have

• Experience with RF systems, radar systems, or high-frequency electronics.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network analyzers.
• Experience supporting defense or aerospace programs.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools like NumPy, pandas, Matplotlib, and Plotly.
