TL;DR

Location: Must work full-time onsite at our Headquarters in Hawthorne, CA, with 50% travel required.

Salary: $35.00–$58.00 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate, plan, and set up for internal R&D testing, customer demonstrations, and deliveries.
• Support installation, configuration, integration, and fielding of company systems.
• Lead basic system troubleshooting and support engineering teams in resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Cross-functionally coordinate with logistics, engineering, and program teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Provide detailed technical feedback and operational context to engineering teams for complex issues.
• Maintain high readiness for deployments and act as the primary tactical partner for customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting military, government, or enterprise technology systems.
• Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking environments.
• Experience with tactical communications, networking, sensors, UAS, C2 systems, or AI-enabled platforms.
• Ability to organize and navigate overseas engagements in remote areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication software like Slack, Teams, and Zoom.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Military Science.
• Previous FSR, FAE, Systems Engineer, or Technical Operations Engineer experience.
• Knowledge of radar, RF, sensor, weapons systems, and defense communications.
• Military background or extensive experience working with militaries.
