Salary: $182,380–$198,960 base pay annually

What you will do
- Create awareness of rare disease states and deliver product, disease-state, and resource education to HCPs and their staff.
- Manage strategic accounts: translate account strategy into action, prospect, and prioritize and follow up on leads.
- Analyze local market intelligence and develop/execute a territory business plan with ongoing updates.
- Meet and/or exceed sales forecast, goals, and objectives; guide HCPs compliantly through prescribing and support services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales leadership, and internal partners to align on clinical data, payer access, and messaging; support speaker programs and HCP conferences.
- Maintain compliance and operational rigor: adhere to SOPs, complete trainings, log call activity in Veeva, and submit expense reports in Concur.
Requirements
- Territory requirement: live in/near Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico.
- 10+ years of pharma industry experience in related roles and functions.
- Clinical experience selling specialty/rare disease products across a large geography covering multiple states.
- Proven track record of delivering top sales performance against targeted objectives.
- Experience with Veeva and SalesForce.com; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual selling tools (Zoom, Teams, WebEx).
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and hospital credentialing processes (including drug testing).
