What you will do
- Manage a high-volume book of business to ensure gross revenue retention and net expansion.
- Execute timely renewals and identify commercial upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting for dozens of active accounts.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to align relationship health with commercial strategies.
- Defend pricing and negotiate contracts by anchoring discussions in product ROI and business value.
- Synthesize market intelligence and product feedback to communicate actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, sales, or customer success.
- Must reside in or relocate to a hirify.global hub and work onsite 3 days per week.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume account portfolios simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms grounded in ROI and business value.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for business case development.
