Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to a hirify.global hub (Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Nashville, TN) and available to work from the office 3 days per week.

Salary: $172,000 - $202,000 USD (based on Denver, CO)

What you will do

  • Manage a high-volume book of business to ensure gross revenue retention and net expansion.
  • Execute timely renewals and identify commercial upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting for dozens of active accounts.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to align relationship health with commercial strategies.
  • Defend pricing and negotiate contracts by anchoring discussions in product ROI and business value.
  • Synthesize market intelligence and product feedback to communicate actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, sales, or customer success.
  • Must reside in or relocate to a hirify.global hub and work onsite 3 days per week.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume account portfolios simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management.
  • Experience negotiating commercial terms grounded in ROI and business value.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for business case development.
