What you will do

- Track project performance metrics and prepare regular management reports.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in South Africa or the Philippines
- Proven experience in client services, account management, or project coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
