Project Coordinator (Creative)

Location: Must be based in San Jose, Costa Rica and able to work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Assist in the development and execution of project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with Creative, Design, and Account teams to ensure efficient delivery of assets.
• Track creative deliverables, feedback cycles, and production timelines.
• Manage internal communications, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Identify and flag project risks, blockers, or resource needs to senior team members.
• Maintain project trackers and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Jose, Costa Rica and able to work from the office 3 days a week.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in creative, advertising, or digital agency environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or Trello.
• Comfort using productivity and AI tools for research and communication.
