US Program Associate

Salary: $77,147 USD / annually.

What you will do

• Lead customer service operations, including managing help desk inquiries and phone support for program recipients.
• Support operational and project management duties to ensure program execution excellence.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with local community partners and service organizations.
• Track and report operational metrics to identify process challenges and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including research and tech partners.
• Organize and attend community events to educate members on program benefits and requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cleveland or the greater Cleveland area.
• Fluency in English is required.
• 2+ years of experience in project management and people coordination.
• Strong customer service instincts and high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a car, and insurance for required local travel.
