What you will do

• Define and deliver complex, high-impact workflows for enterprise RCM platforms.
• Evolve existing production systems while building new AI-enabled client-facing offerings.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate design into front-end architecture.
• Simplify high-density data systems to improve clarity and operational efficiency.
• Independently drive user research and discovery processes.
• Influence design patterns and component systems at scale.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Product or UX Design.
• Must be based in the US.
• Deep expertise in Figma and modern design tooling.
• Experience designing for data-dense, workflow-heavy environments.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of how design translates into front-end architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React familiarity preferred).
• Comfort in dev-adjacent workflows like VS Code and code-gen tools.
• Background in Enterprise SaaS, fintech, or complex B2B platforms.
• Startup or early-stage product experience.
• Exposure to AI-enabled product experiences.
