What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for key DTC product initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Own complex user flows and define clear problem statements and success metrics.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to balance technical constraints and user needs.
• Use research, analytics, and experimentation to continuously improve product outcomes.
• Contribute to design systems and patterns to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Mentor other designers to raise the overall quality of work across the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with Figma, G Suite, and Notion.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong craft in interaction and visual design with high attention to detail.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
