What you will do
- Own the regional partnerships strategy and execution end-to-end, including roadmap definition and partner recruitment.
- Identify and sign partners that accelerate product-market fit and commercial traction.
- Drive commercial outcomes by working with Sales to generate new business revenue and build channel motions.
- Manage partner relationships at the executive level with deep accountability for outcomes.
- Oversee the partner experience from onboarding through to growth.
- Maintain an active presence in the market, engaging with merchant communities and regional ecosystems.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Partnerships, Business Development, or Sales within fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of the European payments ecosystem.
- Ability to operate at all levels, from executive relationship management to tactical execution.
- Experience thriving in ambiguity and early-stage environments.
- Commercially driven mindset with high EQ and product-oriented thinking.
- Natural collaborator capable of building trust quickly with external partners.
