Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Provide real-time, in-the-field coaching to BDRs and AEs, including call shadowing and feedback.
- Own the Sales Bootcamp and onboarding process to accelerate time-to-productivity for new hires.
- Drive adoption and efficiency of the GTM stack, including Salesforce and Gong.
- Implement AI-powered enablement workflows for call prep, email personalization, and coaching.
- Maintain a lean library of talk tracks, battle cards, and objection handling guides.
Requirements
- Must be based in Los Angeles and available in-office 3 days per week.
- 3–6 years of experience in sales enablement, coaching, or as a high-performing sales IC.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce; experience with Gong is a plus.
- Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) within a sales context.
- Proven ability to iterate quickly in a startup environment.
