Salary: $48,300 — $122,350 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a high-volume operational mobility team to achieve objectives and improve performance.
  • Oversee the development of processes for prompt and accurate processing of immigration and visa applications.
  • Create long- and short-term strategies to align with the overall Mobility vision and goals.
  • Analyze complex immigration issues using multiple data sources and report metrics to senior management.
  • Implement AI and automation as a natural part of the workflow to drive efficiency in immigration operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless transitions for employees across borders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar immigration-focused roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a hirify.global-first, high-volume operational team.
  • Must be based in the APAC region.
  • English: Fluent (C1+) written and spoken proficiency required.
  • Ability to operate independently and take ownership of results in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Previous experience in the tech industry or hyper-growth environments.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in additional languages.
  • Experience working in a fully hirify.global environment.
