TL;DR

Focus on building analytical frameworks, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative findings for senior leadership, and advising on evidence-based improvements across mission priorities.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute analytical frameworks to assess the effectiveness of outreach, communications, digital, and community engagement efforts.
  • Design and implement assessment tools, materials, and strategies to measure outreach and engagement performance and program effectiveness.
  • Establish KPIs, assessment methodologies, and analytical approaches aligned with MC&FP goals and engagement objectives.
  • Analyze assessment data to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, strengths, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Synthesize findings into decision-ready products (reports, briefings, dashboards, recommendations, and leadership summaries).
  • Coordinate with program and office stakeholders to interpret results and support implementation of improvements based on assessment outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Business, Data Analytics, Program Evaluation, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience with statistical software, data analysis tools, assessment methodologies, performance measurement, or program evaluation practices.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing assessment tools, KPIs, methodologies, analytical frameworks, and reporting products.
  • Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and presenting findings clearly to senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
  • DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Onsite work in Washington, DC.
