Channel Partner Analyst

What you will do

• Verify customer hierarchy alignment between Launchpad and Salesforce.
• Confirm DCN volume data is correctly populated and report discrepancies.
• Ensure Channel Partners are accurately mapped to accounts, contracts, and revenue shares.
• Collaborate with the Channel Partner Manager to provide account reviews and support.
• Work with Revenue Operations on weekly and quarterly auditing of partner accounts.
• Manage record alignment using the internal case ticketing system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Launchpad, and PoPA Admin systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
