What you will do
- Collect, analyze, and interpret programmatic, operational, financial, and performance data to support management decision-making.
- Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, executive summaries, and correspondence for senior leadership.
- Evaluate organizational processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and mission performance.
- Support project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and action item management.
- Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders, functional organizations, and program teams.
- Support strategic planning and decision-making processes with data-driven insights and administrative support.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience providing program analysis, management support, business operations, or administrative services in a Federal Government, DHS, DoD, or comparable environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or 4 additional years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience developing management products such as reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
- Experience evaluating processes and recommending improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and mission performance.
- Experience supporting project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and action item management.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability determination and/or Public Trust investigation as required by the Government.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting DHS, CBP, USBP, PMOD, or other Federal law enforcement organizations.
- Experience supporting acquisition, engineering, technology modernization, or program management offices.
- Knowledge of Federal acquisition lifecycle processes, systems engineering lifecycle activities, and program governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with performance management, strategic planning, risk management, and process improvement methodologies.
- Working knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or traditional).
- Professional certifications such as CBAP or Project Management.
