What you will do

• Oversee Coast Guard flight training production using specialized databases like NIPDR and TSHARP.
• Coordinate student control administration and training flow across multiple aviation training squadrons.
• Analyze training data to identify trends, resolve resource conflicts, and improve program effectiveness.
• Act as the principal representative for pilot training forums with the Department of Defense and foreign services.
• Manage student performance evaluations, training jackets, and re-assignment processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to student naval aviators and military personnel.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Pensacola, FL.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CNATRA/NATRACOM flight training missions and operations.
• Understanding of CNATRAINST 1500.4 and related federal aviation training policies.
• Proficiency in applying qualitative and quantitative methods to assess program efficiency.
• Strong communication skills for building relationships with senior leadership and peers.
