What you will do

• Independently query and analyze large datasets to generate ad hoc insights.
• Use historical claims data to create reporting for assessment and risk management.
• Prepare deliverables for operations teams supporting member transition experiences to hirify.global.
• Ensure high-quality, “client ready” deliverables through audit/evaluation and personal accountability.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and investigations into large datasets and communicate findings clearly.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners via email, Slack, phone, and video calls.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and develop key insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate constructively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
