Salary: $240,000 to $300,000 base with bonus and equity

What you will do

• Deliver performant, scalable platform capabilities iteratively while balancing incremental customer value with long-term evolution.
• Own the technical roadmap and engineering best practices for the product platform to support rapid growth and increased demand.
• Innovate and optimize AI development tooling usage to improve efficiency over time.
• Lead multiple engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management for engineering managers and teams.
• Measure engineering performance and implement improvements to product and engineering processes to increase throughput, quality, and time-to-market.
• Partner with architecture, product management, and threat operations to align platform execution with customer needs and shared vision.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership building SaaS products in a modern SaaS environment.
• 5+ years of experience at the director level or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI development tools.
• Experience with scalable delivery, core platform systems, site reliability engineering, and developer experience.
• Experience organizing and evolving high-volume, scalable solutions and leading teams in a fully remote environment.
