What you will do

  • Govern and operate Change Enablement and Problem Management practices to maintain service stability.
  • Assess, review, and approve changes based on risk, impact, and testing readiness.
  • Coordinate root cause analysis for high-impact or recurring incidents.
  • Ensure traceability and alignment between Incidents, Problems, and Changes.
  • Analyze operational data and trends to provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT operations, IT service management, or governance.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ITIL 4 practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Change, Problem, and Incident modules).
  • Experience participating in Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and post-incident reviews.
  • English proficiency at an intermediate to advanced level.
  • Strong understanding of risk-based decision-making and operational risk control.
