Junior Project Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote or hybrid in Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

• Route internal creative jobs through the full project lifecycle and maintain project management tools and documentation, including Asana, Google Drive, status documents, and trackers.
• Keep communication, project updates, and documentation visible to internal teams.
• Schedule team meetings, prepare agendas and goals, capture notes, and consolidate feedback.
• Coordinate communication across Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, and other departments.
• Identify potential issues early, develop solutions, and support planning for projects that grow in size.
• Manage designer and editor schedules, observe new-business pitches, and progress toward managing a small client while supporting a Senior Project Manager.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Effective communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Resume submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of creative development, production, and marketing.
• Additional knowledge of Asana.
