Project Manager, Study Operations, Cronos (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Lead the delivery and management of clinical studies in line with contracts, SOPs, policies, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop integrated study management plans and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, contingencies, quality actions, scope changes, and corrective and preventive action plans.
• Act as a primary or backup customer contact and collaborate with internal stakeholders, business development representatives, and vendors.
• Manage project financial performance, identify opportunities to accelerate activities, and support revenue forecasting.
• Share lessons learned, implement best practices, and mentor less experienced project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• More than 7 years of clinical research experience, including approximately 5 years of project management experience in a global, client-facing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and good command of English.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coordinate work through others, manage performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver against quality and timeline requirements.
• Home-based work in the USA or Canada is specified in the English job description.
