Qualitative Project Manager (Patient Centered Solutions)

What you will do

• Deliver assigned clinical projects in line with ICH-GCP, protocols, contracts, policies, SOPs, and project plans.
• Manage recruitment targets and implement appropriate recruitment strategies.
• Develop risk mitigation plans, monitor clinical quality, and manage quality issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage clinical project finances, including Estimate at Completion, scope changes, and additional service opportunities.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, clinical teams, resourcing, training, meetings, and project communications.
• Support milestone delivery and attend site visits when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or another scientific discipline.
• At least 3 years of clinical research or monitoring experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Knowledge of clinical research regulations, including ICH-GCP, relevant local laws, protocols, therapeutic areas, and clinical trial conduct.
• Basic understanding of project finances and strong planning, prioritization, problem-solving, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good command of English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus the ability to collaborate across cultures and geographies.
