Specialist Technical Cost Out Engineer (Medtech)

Location: Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and administer resources for project transfer implementation.
• Coordinate materials, planning, purchasing, engineering, quality, and other functions to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare project status reports, communicate updates, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Manage project risks, mitigations, scope, resources, capital control, and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate project-transfer travel, including budgets, logistics, and team safety.
• Support validation execution activities such as IQ, OQ, PQ, and TMV when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electromechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of manufacturing industry experience, including 3+ years of project management and line-transfer experience.
• Experience executing IQ/OQ/PQ validation and applying basic statistical methods for validation.
• Experience drafting protocols and reports and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of engineering validation, supply chain, capital control, and Product Quality Planning.
• Advanced written and spoken English required.
