hirify.global supports a U.S.-based fitness franchisor operating more than 2,400 clubs worldwide and developing digital products for franchise operations and member experiences.

What you will do

• Support Agile delivery across cross-functional product pods developing web and mobile experiences.
• Facilitate Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, and other team meetings.
• Maintain delivery plans and provide visibility into progress throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify, track, and help resolve blockers, risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks.
• Maintain the RAID log and coordinate dependencies across pods, workstreams, and external teams.
• Promote clear communication, collaboration, and a safe team environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a similar delivery-focused role.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting software development teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, communication, risk management, and dependency resolution.
• Strong Jira skills, including configuring boards, managing backlogs and sprints, using filters, and supporting team workflows.
• Experience working with international and distributed teams in fast-changing environments.
• English level B2 or higher, with confidence in regular meetings and communication with a U.S.-based client.
