Location: Hybrid role based in Paris, France (3 days per week in the office)
Salary: €45,000–€60,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead a Business Unit composed of three squads while remaining hands-on as a Product Manager for one squad.
- Define, track, and analyze product KPIs to drive feature adoption and business impact.
- Manage and mentor two Product Managers to ensure strategic alignment and professional growth.
- Collaborate with Product Designers to create intuitive user experiences and deliver detailed specifications.
- Monitor market needs and the competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities.
- Participate in QA processes to ensure high product quality and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping successful features.
- Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in statistics, mathematics, or probability.
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and ideally proficient in French.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office (hybrid model).
- Technical background (HTML, CSS, JS) to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience with tools like Mixpanel, Figma, and Google Suite.
