What you will do
- Own regional revenue performance and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed bookings and pipeline targets.
- Lead, coach, and scale a regional sales team while fostering a culture of accountability.
- Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts across agencies, brands, and partners.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to optimize the sales process.
- Act as a regional thought leader, translating market needs into actionable growth strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience in AdTech, including 5+ years in sales leadership.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas in a regional territory.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising, agency, and data landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams as a player/coach.
- Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate organizations from junior to C-level.
