What you will do

• Lead and coordinate a centralized team of paralegals providing shared services across multiple legal practice areas.
• Oversee the quality, accuracy, and timely execution of all paralegal work products.
• Act as a primary partner to attorneys to align support with specific practice needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Legal Operations, IT, and Compliance to implement and adopt new legal technologies and workflows.
• Drive process discipline and continuous improvement initiatives within the legal department.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing, collaborative legal support function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certification or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant paralegal experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing teams in a corporate or public company environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, entity management, and contract lifecycle support.
• Proficiency with standard legal tools and document management systems.
• Must be located in or able to work from Alpharetta, GA, Atlanta, GA, or Denver, CO.
