What you will do

• Lead the preparation of legal documents and manage daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reporting.
• Mentor and train entry- and senior-level team members to build a high-performing legal team.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company, consumer litigation vendors, and affiliates.
• Reconcile financial and productivity reports to enable data-driven operational decisions.
• Prepare legal placement files for outside counsel and optimize general legal operations.
• Influence and enforce policies and productivity standards to elevate department performance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SQL.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic federal and state collection laws, including FDCPA.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for this on-site role.
