What you will do

• Negotiate commercial agreements including non-disclosure and vendor contracts.
• Manage legal entity formation, governance, and international corporate records.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline contracting, research, and legal operations.
• Build and improve legal templates, workflows, and playbooks to increase efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams on commercial initiatives.
• Identify process gaps and implement solutions to reduce legal risk.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2+ years of law firm paralegal experience.
• Experience with corporate and transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing legal agreements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience using AI legal tools for contract review or research.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• In-house paralegal experience supporting commercial or corporate work.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
• Experience with international entity management.
