What you will do
- Own the strategy, performance, and roadmap for defined customer lifecycle stages to improve retention and CLV.
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns and automated journeys aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
- Develop audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing strategies to optimize commercial performance.
- Monitor and analyze CRM performance data to extract insights and inform future activity.
- Collaborate with Creative Studio to produce engaging, customer-focused content and briefs.
- Work cross-functionally with Data, Product, Brand, and Commercial teams to align activities with business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing with a track record of driving revenue and retention.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, ideally Emarsys or similar.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance insights into actionable strategies.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and email production best practices.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Richmond, UK.
