What you will do

• Take autonomous ownership of international CRM programs and communication strategies.
• Build and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns from the ground up.
• Lead platform migrations and technical CRM infrastructure improvements.
• Partner with the CRM Team Lead to define and implement strategic changes.
• Drive growth and customer engagement in new international territories.
