Technical Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (Global, with specific focus on UK, Canada, France, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and US)

Salary: €35,000 – €50,000

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable lead acquisition strategies.
• Reach out to and onboard top creative publishing professionals.
• Optimize supply and demand balance using KPIs and data analysis.
• Build and manage customer funnels including email and in-app messaging.
• Organize webinars and create engaging community content.
• Collaborate with data analysts to report on growth and maintain dashboards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in scaling acquisition for a startup.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Proficiency in AB testing and conversion optimization.
• Strong data analysis skills using tools like Google Analytics and Sheets.
• Experience in running webinars and online events.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong writing skills.
