What you will do

• Develop and execute customer marketing campaigns to drive engagement, funding, and long-term value.
• Own key commercial marketing initiatives and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze customer data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
• Plan and deliver key commercial moments, including tax year-end activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure effective, compliant communications.
• Support the development and coaching of a Marketing Executive.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer marketing within a direct-to-consumer (D2C) business.
• Strong track record of delivering campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and growth.
• Excellent understanding of customer behavior and communication strategy.
• Strong commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset.
• Ability to use data and performance insights to inform decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience within financial services or another regulated industry.
• Previous people management or coaching experience.
