What you will do
- Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and clinical leaders.
- Prospect and convert new medical practices into ongoing referral partners.
- Manage and grow a book of existing accounts to increase referral volume.
- Execute strategic territory plans to hit and exceed growth and retention targets.
- Lead in-office visits, practice presentations, and community outreach events.
- Establish workflows and troubleshoot barriers to ensure smooth referral processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in Tampa, FL and able to travel 75% of the time.
- 3-6 years of experience in healthcare field sales, physician liaison, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or referral growth targets.
- Strong ability to influence clinicians and healthcare stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
